Inspired by classic American-style equalizers.
The PSP ClassicQ is inspired by several classic British-style equalizers. It captures the sound and flavor of the famous high and low musical filters (like those in Neve's first equalizers), fused into a very precise intermediate filter. In addition, the PSP ClassicQ offers selectable simulation of Class A circuitry and output transformer for unique vintage-style color. To its classic features, the PSP ClassicQ adds extremely useful features such as an adjustable high-pass filter, selectable Q for low- and high-shelf filters, and a sweepable mid-range bell-type filter. The PSP ClassicQ's design is especially suited for fixing and shaping individual tracks.
The PSP ClassicQex is an extended version of the PSP ClassicQ. All the features from the previous version are available and a new Low Medium section is added.
Yes, there are a lot of EQ plug-ins out there. But PSP equalizers sound great at a very affordable price. Add to that the fact that the limited frequency selection of some titles restricts 'the infinity world of twidlling', forcing you to pick a frequency and move on! - as do many of our analog consoles. (...) I sincerely suggest that readers try the free demo available on the PSP website.

Most DAWs come with one or more plug-ins. EQ ins, but the PSP EQs manage to capture that warm, fluffy analogue vibe, and that's what you're paying for here.

Four Distinct Flavors of EQ. It combats digital sterility impressively. Beautiful interfaces. Easy to use. Light on your CPU.
